What to expect:

This package usually results in at least one family line being traced back to the mid 1800s or before, as long as the documentation exists. We are sure you will be delighted with the detail of our research and its stylish presentation.

As with all our other research packages, our Silver History can be added to at any time. You decide how much you want to spend and which optional extras you would like. This makes a wonderful anniversary or birthday gift.

  • Presentation folder
  • In-depth genealogical report covering all researched relatives (up to 20 pages)
  • 7 hours of in-depth research work
  • 9 hours of documentation and presentation work
  • Copy of 1 relevant BMD certificate or census report
  • History of one of your family's surnames

Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates
These are invaluable documents for progressing your family history back through the first 100-150 years, which is often the most difficult period. BMD certificates will tell you ages, locations, legal and maiden names and can clear up many family myths by themselves! If you no longer have any living relatives who can help you with this, Family Detective can order copies of BMD certificates on your behalf. We will happily discuss this with you upon application.
